Thank You Card: The Way You Care for My Child

• 5” x 7” folded greeting card on high-quality cotton white paper

• Each greeting card includes one white A7 envelope

• Card and envelope are recyclable

Single 5 x 7, or A7, greeting cards and envelopes will be packaged in a 5 ½” x 7 ½” clear resealable polypropylene bag and mailed in an A8 kraft envelope, sized 5.5” x 8.125.”  

Orders containing multiple cards, boxed sets, notepads and card + notepad bundles will be packaged in individual 5 ½” x 7 ½” resealable polypropylene bags and mailed in a small or mid-size poly bubble mailer.

Receipts will arrive digitally.

Your order will be processed and shipped ground as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. Most products arrive within 10 business days of their ship date, but delivery estimates depend on multiple factors and are subject to variance. If you need the selected product(s) by a specific date, please contact us.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If there are issues with your order, please contact us directly.

All of our cards and notepads are printed in the United States. Most of the materials we use are manufactured in the U.S. as well.

All of our products, from greeting cards to envelopes and notepads — as well as the clear resealable polypropylene bags they arrive in — are recyclable. The kraft envelopes that individual cards are mailed in are recyclable as well.

There are two types of packaging we use that are partially recyclable. The boxes we use for sets are 75% recyclable — the white cardboard base is recyclable, but the clear plastic lid is not. The white poly bubble mailers we use for larger orders are #4 recyclables, or low-density polyethylene, which is approved for recycling in a growing number of locations but is not approved everywhere.

Although we approach materials and packaging with a consciousness about the environment, we will be challenging ourselves to reduce our environmental impact as we grow and develop as a business.
